Role Description
We are seeking an International Partner to drive global expansion by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships across key international markets (Singapore and Dubai). This role will play a critical part in building distribution channels, corporate alliances, and wellness collaborations to scale Environics’ presence globally.
International Expansion Strategy:
To effectively introduce our products (Envirochip and Enviroglobe) to global markets, we propose the following multi-faceted approach:
1. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with established construction, real estate and manufacturing companies to leverage existing distribution networks and market expertise.
2. E-commerce Platforms: Launch our products on major online marketplaces such as
Amazon and region-specific platforms to reach a broader audience.
3. Retail Presence: Partner with health and wellness retail chains to provide physical
touchpoints for customers to experience our products firsthand.
4. Clinical Collaborations: Engage with local research institutions to validate our products'
efficacy in diverse environments and populations.
5. Corporate Gifting by Organizations: Develop tailored corporate gifting solutions to tap
into the growing market, aligning with companies' wellness and employee engagement initiatives.
