Role Description
Role Purpose:
Our client seeks a task-oriented, meticulous and a team-player to provide administrative support to the projects and data management. This position shall report directly to the Director, Finance and Administration. The position shall have a dotted line reporting to the Centre Manager on data management.
Location:
The role expects you to be based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Administrative & Grant Support
Provide administrative support to funded projects, including:
Tracking grant deliverables, timelines, and utilisation
Maintaining proper documentation for funding compliance
Support the preparation and collation of:
Progress reports
Monitoring reports
Supporting documents required by funders and auditors
Assist in monitoring key project milestones and flagging delays or gaps to supervisors.
b) Data Management & Systems Support
Support Centre Manager and colleagues in data migration to new system, including:
Cleaning, verifying, and validating data
Ensuring consistency and accuracy during migration
Assist in maintaining accurate programme, attendance, and beneficiary data.
Support basic data extraction and compilation for reporting, audits, and internal reviews.
c) Active Ageing Programme Support
Provide administrative and logistical support to active ageing programmes, including:
Programme registration and attendance tracking
Preparation of materials, forms, and simple reports
Support colleagues during programme days where required.
Serve as a dependable back-end support to ensure smooth daily centre operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Our client is looking for an individual with both heart and skill, someone who combines passion for service with professional excellence.
At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution (e.g. ITE, Polytechnic, or equivalent).
Strong administrative, data handling and execution skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data management.
Able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin. Dialects / Malay is a plus.

Benefits:
Annual Leave, pro-rated in accordance with the Employment Act.
Outpatient Sick Leave and Hospitalization Leave, subject to eligibility under the Employment Act and upon confirmation of employment.
Outpatient medical claims, pro-rated for the contract period.
$360 medical claim, pro-rated for the contract period
$100 dental claim, pro-rated for the contract period
