About the Role

As a Project Advisor for Supercritical Boilers, you will leverage your extensive experience to guide and influence the successful execution of high-impact projects. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that projects not only meet technical specifications but also align with broader organizational goals. You will have the autonomy to shape project strategies, mentor teams, and drive innovation, making a significant impact on the future of energy solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on the design, implementation, and optimization of supercritical boiler projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Mentor and support project teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure clear communication and project buy-in.
