About the Organization
Reap Benefit was founded in 2012, with an aim to solve local environmental and civic problems. It endeavors to create and nurture champions of small solutions in every community across the country. It strives to be a platform that inspires youth to become action-based citizen champions called Solve Ninjas. Till date they have engaged more than 52,000 Solve Ninjas to take civic action, report problems to the local government, and also build solutions.

Role Description
Who is a Head, Partnerships (Business Development) at Reap Benefit?
The Core Mandate
This is a build-and-scale role. The Head, Partnerships (Business Development) will anchor and drive partnerships with educational institutions, youth organizations, and ecosystem stakeholders to expand the Solve Ninja Movement. The aim is not just to “onboard partners.” The aim is to create high-quality, repeatable partnership pathways that:
Activate young people as problem solvers
Lead to visible civic and environmental outcomes
Build long-term institutional relationships
Scale across geographies without losing depth
This role sits at the intersection of growth, partnerships, and on-ground impact.
What this role will own
1. Build and Drive Institutional Partnerships
You will identify and develop partnerships across
Schools and colleges
Youth-based organizations and networks
NGOs and ecosystem partners
CSR and institutional stakeholders
Your role is to understand partner motivations and integrate Solve Ninja programs in ways that are
meaningful, scalable, and aligned to our mission.
2. Execute Partnership Programs
You will:
Build partnership journeys from outreach to execution
Align internal teams (design, programs) for delivery
Ensure high-quality on-ground implementation
3. Build and Manage the Growth Pipeline
You will:
Create and maintain a strong pipeline of partners
Track conversions, engagement, and retention
Identify new geographies and expansion opportunities
Continuously refine outreach and sales strategies
4. Close the Partnership Loop
You will ensure that partnerships translate into real outcomes:
Institution → Youth Activation → Civic Action → Impact → Long-term Engagement
This means:
Ensuring partners see tangible value
Driving repeat engagements and deeper relationships
Translating on-ground outcomes into partnership growth
5. Strengthen Internal Systems for Scale
You will:
Support and mentor the Business Development team
Build processes for outreach, tracking, and reporting
Work closely with operations to improve execution efficiency
Bring structure to a fast-moving, evolving function
Who This Role Is For
Have 5–8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
Have experience working with institutions (education, NGOs, or similar ecosystems)
Have managed stakeholders and driven outcomes end-to-end
Are comfortable balancing strategy and execution
