About the Organization
Reap Benefit was founded in 2012, with an aim to solve local environmental and civic problems. It endeavors to create and nurture champions of small solutions in every community across the country. It strives to be a platform that inspires youth to become action-based citizen champions called Solve Ninjas. Till date they have engaged more than 52,000 Solve Ninjas to take civic action, report problems to the local government, and also build solutions.

Role Description
Who is the Senior Manager – Donor Relations at Reap Benefit?
As an organisation that has spent 13+ years in the civic and skill activation space, Reap Benefit is at a critical inflection point.
The next 5–10 years will define how we evolve — as a network collaborator, community mobiliser, and thought partner — while keeping youth agency and changemaking at the centre, powered by technology, data, and on-ground action. Fundraising at this stage is not just about raising money. It is about building aligned capital that
enables scale, depth, and long-term sustainability.
The Core Mandate
This is a strategy + execution + leadership role. The Senior Manager will anchor and drive Reap
Benefit’s fundraising efforts by building strong donor relationships, unlocking diverse funding
streams, and leading a high-performing team.
The aim is not just to “raise funds.” The aim is to build a robust, diversified, and mission-aligned
funding ecosystem that:
Enables long-term organisational sustainability
Supports innovation and experimentation
Strengthens credibility within the ecosystem
Scales impact without diluting core values
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, relationships, and financial stewardship.
What this role will own
1. Donor Engagement and Stewardship
You will:
Build and nurture relationships with:
High-net-worth individuals
Foundations and philanthropic institutions
Corporate partners and CSR stakeholders
Lead major conversations and closures
Ensure strong donor experience and long-term engagement
2. Team Leadership and Development
You will:
Lead and mentor the fundraising team
Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence
Strengthen team capabilities across donor management, proposal writing, and outreach
3. Strategic Partnerships
You will:
Build and manage partnerships across the philanthropic and business ecosystem
Leverage networks to unlock new funding opportunities
Position Reap Benefit as a credible and high-impact partner
4. Financial Oversight and Performance Tracking
You will:
Track fundraising performance against targets
Analyze key metrics and optimise strategies
Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and the board
4. Communication & Storytelling
You will;
Work closely with program and communications teams to understand impact deeply and communicate it effectively to funders
Develop strong storytelling, pitch decks, proposals, reports, and presentations tailored to different donor audiences
Bridge the gap between field realities, organizational strategy, and donor expectations
5. Compliance and Reporting
You will:
Ensure adherence to fundraising regulations and ethical standards
Oversee donor reporting and communication
Maintain transparency and accountability across funding relationship
Who This Role Is For
Have significant experience (8+ years) in fundraising, philanthropy, or partnerships
Have a proven track record of relationship management (HNI, CSR, foundations)
Have experience in leading teams and driving strategy
