About the Organization
Reap Benefit was founded in 2012, with an aim to solve local environmental and civic problems. It endeavors to create and nurture champions of small solutions in every community across the country. It strives to be a platform that inspires youth to become action-based citizen champions called Solve Ninjas. Till date they have engaged more than 52,000 Solve Ninjas to take civic action, report problems to the local government, and also build solutions.

Role Description
About The Role:
The Senior Director - HR & Admin to build and strengthen the institutional systems that enable teams to perform, grow and scale with clarity.
This is a strategic leadership role that combines:
● People & organizational systems
● Administrative and operational governance
● Leadership enablement
● Institutional design & scale readiness
You will work closely with the Leadership Team to ensure that the organization’s people, financial and operationa systems are aligned with mission priorities, organizational health and long-term sustainability.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems in evolving environments, can operate across strategy and execution, and brings both structure and agility to organizational growth.
This role sits at the core of how Reap Benefit scales.
You will help build the systems, structures and organizational health needed to support ambitious growth while ensuring the organization remains values-driven, agile and deeply mission aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organizational Strategy & Institutional Design
● Align HR and Admin systems with annual and quarterly organizational priorities
● Build scalable institutional processes for a growing organization
● Strengthen role clarity, accountability and ownership structures
● Support leadership in organizational design decisions
● Build systems that improve cross-functional coordination and execution
● Strengthen governance and institutional resilience
2. People, Learning & Culture Systems:
Strategic Hiring & Talent Architecture
● Define hiring philosophy and quality benchmarks
● Standardize JD, assessment and prework frameworks
● Strengthen structured interviewing and hiring decision-making
● Build leadership, fellow and intern talent pipelines
● Track quality-of-hire and retention indicators
Onboarding & Performance Systems
● Design onboarding journeys and 30-60-90-day frameworks
● Institutionalize probation reviews and feedback systems
● Build annual and quarterly goal-setting systems
● Strengthen performance review and evaluation frameworks
● Enable leaders to conduct meaningful performance conversations
Learning & Organisational Development
● Build role-based learning pathways
● Curate learning opportunities and internal capability-building spaces
● Support Team Leads in becoming stronger people managers
● Develop leadership bench strength and succession pathways
Culture & Organisational Health
● Design engagement and feedback systems
● Strengthen organisational rituals, belonging and collaboration
● Monitor morale, organisational energy and team health
● Balance accountability with psychological safety
Systems & Process Excellence
● Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
● Strengthen documentation and financial systems integration
● Improve operational efficiency and scalability of finance systems
4. Administration & Operational Governance
● Strengthen administrative systems across offices and teams
● Oversee institutional documentation, contracts and operational compliance
● Improve vendor management and procurement systems
● Ensure infrastructure and workplace systems support effective execution
● Build scalable operational processes for distributed teams
● Support leadership with operational planning and coordination
5. Leadership & Team Development
● Build and lead high-performing HR, Finance and Admin functions
● Coach and develop managers and emerging leaders
● Create a culture of ownership, integrity and operational excellence
● Strengthen collaboration across programs, operations and partnerships
● Ensure systems remain service-oriented while maintaining rigour and accountability

Experience & Expertise
● 10–15+ years of experience across HR, Organizational Development roles
● Experience scaling teams and systems in fast-growing organizations
● Strong understanding of finance, compliance and governance systems
● Experience designing organizational processes and institutional structures
● Prior experience in mission-driven, social impact or civic organizations preferred
● Experience managing and developing teams
● Advanced degree in HR, Admin Management or related fields preferred but not mandatory
