  1. Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure strict adherence to AS9100 Rev D, customer specifications, and internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

  • Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities, Material Review Board (MRB) inputs, and error-prevention initiatives to drive first-pass yield and overall quality improvements.

  1. Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership

  • Act as the primary technical interface for customers regarding technical queries, drawing clarifications, and non-conformance resolutions.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve technical issues, define supply conditions, and verify compliance.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Assembly Engineering team, building technical capability across the department.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Program Management, Quality, Configuration, Planning, and Manufacturing.
