General Manager – Production

Polychem Limited is seeking an experienced General Manager – Production to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations and supply chain coordination across multiple contract manufacturing facilities. The role requires a seasoned chemical industry professional with deep expertise in polymer production, production planning, quality systems, vendor management, and commercial acumen.

This leadership position will work closely with the Managing Director to optimize production efficiency, improve profitability, ensure quality compliance, and support new product development while strengthening domestic and international business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end production planning, supply chain, and contract manufacturing across multiple job-working units.

• Coordinate raw material procurement, production scheduling, inventory, and on-time order fulfillment.

• Manage contract manufacturers to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Resolve manufacturing, process, quality, and supply chain issues across partner facilities.

• Drive cost optimization, productivity improvements, commercial profitability, and business growth.

• Build strong relationships with contract manufacturers and key customers.

• Lead new product development and commercialization while supporting business development, international marketing, and technical-commercial customer engagements.
