Role Description

Strategi Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a Bengaluru-based factory automation company with nearly three decades of experience in designing and manufacturing customized industrial automation machinery. The organization operates in the machine manufacturing and industrial automation sector, with a strong foundation in engineering-led project execution and manufacturing excellence.


The company is now looking to strengthen its operational leadership by bringing in a senior professional who can drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability across core business functions.


The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across all functions except Sales and Finance, with a strong focus on cost optimization, project delivery, and operational efficiency.


This role is critical to improving the company’s bottom line through structured project management, enhanced manufacturing productivity, and stronger supply chain performance.


Scope of Work:

  • Lead and manage core operational functions including Design, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management.

  • Drive project execution excellence, ensuring delivery within timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.

  • Improve cost efficiency and profitability without compromising product quality.

  • Enhance manufacturing productivity and operational throughput.

  • Strengthen supply chain performance and inventory management systems.

  • Build and implement scalable processes and systems to support future growth.

  • Develop a high-performing, accountable operations team aligned with business goals.
