The Indian School of Public Policy (ISPP), established in 2018, is an innovative institution dedicated to cultivating a new generation of policy leaders for India and the surrounding region.
It was incubated by India’s leading public policy think tank – Centre for Civil Society (CCS) in 2018.
What was their requirement?
ISPP, keenly aware of the importance of strategic marketing, seeking out a seasoned marketing advisor to guide their team and shape their strategy. Their goal? To enhance brand awareness, effectively market their programmes, and ultimately drive student admissions.

The founder of ISPP, Mr Luis Miranda, a fervent supporter and champion of WisdomCircle’s vision, understood that they needed a Marketing Advisor who could work part-time but in-person, for a year. Meet their ideal candidate
Following an interview with the board, Mr Himanshu Garg was selected.
Mr Garg is a seasoned veteran in the marketing and sales industry, boasting over three decades of experience. He has been the Co-Founder of an IT Services firm, where his expertise in designing effective sales and marketing campaigns was put to good use. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Sales and Marketing at FIRE Capital Fund. He also held the position of Business Manager for Bausch and Lomb Eyecare India. His diverse experiences and proven track record make him a valuable asset for ISPP.
