Any number of times. There is no limit to how many times a profile can be updated.

For retirees – There is no fee to Sign Up and explore opportunities on WisdomCircle. For some paid opportunities we may charge a service fee once you have been placed in the role.
For recruiters – There is no fee to Sign Up on WisdomCircle. Depending on the type of organization (for profit / non-profit) and nature of the role (paid / volunteering) we may charge a listing fee and a service fee. Please contact us to know more about our pricing.

Currently, there is no limit to the number of opportunities you can apply to.

We have partnered with organisations that identify with our mission. Not only have they carved out these roles for you, but they also want to make sure that their workplace is ready for you. This may take a bit of time. We appreciate your patience while you wait to be matched with an opportunity.

You can use Filters & Sort Menu available on the left side of your dashboard. You can find opportunities by sectors, functions, type of role, etc.

You can update your profile after applying for a job. The recruiter will be able to see your most recently updated profile.

Our aim is to find and list engagements which are most meaningful for you, post-retirement, not just any run of the mill jobs. We request you to continue checking our platform daily so that you do not miss out on new engagements as and when we post them.

How do I access the WisdomCircle job portal?

I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?

Can I upload my resume or portfolio to my profile?

You can directly upload your existing resume to our platform. You can not upload your portfolio or other documents.

Can I update my profile after I apply for a job? Will the updated profile be visible to the recruiter?

Yes, you can update your profile as you please, and the recruiter will be able to see your most recently updated profile.

How many opportunities can I apply for at a time?

You can join our WhatsApp Community to receive weekly updates on open roles on our platform. Once your profile is completed, our specialised tool can better recommend roles suited to you. You can then also receive email updates about the same.

Do I need to pay any fees to apply for jobs on WisdomCircle?

There is no fee to sign up and explore opportunities on WisdomCircle. We may charge a nominal service fee for some paid opportunities once you have been placed in the role.

How long does it typically take to hear back from employers after applying for a job through WisdomCircle?

Can I browse through profiles of retired professionals before posting a job?

You can browse through hundreds of sample profiles from our talent pool, which give you a bird’s eye view of the complete pool of retired professionals on our platform.

Is there a demo available for recruiters to experience the platform before committing?

You can sign up at no cost, and explore our platform. To request a demo, you can reach out to our team here.

Are there any fees associated with posting job openings or accessing the talent pool on WisdomCircle?

You can access our sample talent pool at no cost. To post job opportunities on the platform, you can choose from one of our two pricing models.

Is there a limit to the number of roles I can post on WisdomCircle at a given time?

There is no limit to the number of roles you can post but you can actively hire for a limited number of roles at a time.

For NGOs: You can actively hire for 5 roles simultaneously.

For enterprises: You can actively hire for 3 roles simultaneously.

How does WisdomCircle handle confidentiality for sensitive job postings?

We allow anonymous job postings, under certain circumstances.

Can I receive assistance with drafting job descriptions or optimising job postings for maximum visibility?

Our team reviews your listing and conducts a complete hygiene check, before approving it to our platform. Our Enterprise plan also offers end-to-end account creation and management services.
